SPA POLICY
Our spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. To preserve the harmony within the spa, we kindly request that you turn off all mobile and electronic devices and maintain conversations at a considerate volume in all treatment areas.

*COVID - 19 Travel Policy*

If you are vaccinated and have travelled within the last 14 days, you must present us with a current negative test result to enjoy our services. If you are non-vaccinated and have travelled within the last 14 days, you must present us with a negative day 14 test result to enjoy our services.

Arrival
We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment in order to check-in and change before your treatment. You will be issued with a personal locker for your use throughout your time at Spa Oasis.

 

Late Arrival
All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment of the full service. Communication before and during your session, communication is encouraged with your professional therapist so that your treatment is customized to your specific needs.

 

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, please allow us at least 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel or amend an appointment. We reserve the right to charge clients 50% of their total treatment cost if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment or if the client does not show.

 

Health Conditions
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, pregnancy, or special needs that may affect your treatments here at the spa. It is also essential to stay hydrated before and after the treatment to ensure that you get the best results. We are happy to offer light beverages, such as water, tea and coffee in our designated lounge. We advise against eating right before a massage.

 

Lockers
Secure lockers are provided and encouraged for our guests to store valuables and personal belongings. We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal items. Robes, towels, slippers and toiletries are also provided for your convenience. We ask that you help keep the facilities clean by placing used robes and towels in the provided hampers.

 

Gift Certificates
Treat someone to the perfect gift with Gift Certificates. Please contact our spa reception for more details. Gift Cards are no longer issued and will not be accepted for purchase of treatments as they expired in June 2018. Gift Certificates expire after 12 months – as per the date on the certificate.

 

Payment
All major credit cards, personal cheques, gift certificates and cash are accepted. Spa Oasis reserves the right to alter prices and change or discontinue services without prior notice.

 

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in our pricelist. You may, of course, give your therapist cash at your own convenience, or should you wish to leave a gratuity on your credit card, kindly make our front desk team aware.
