Spa Policy & Etiquette



Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. To preserve the harmony within the spa, we kindly request that you turn off all mobile and electronic devices,and maintain conversations at a considerate volume in all treatment areas.



We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment in order to check in and change before your treatment. You will be issued with your personal locker for your use throughout your time at The Spa.


Late Arrival

All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment of the full service.


Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, please allow us at least 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel or amend an appointment. Please note that any treatment cancelled within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be charged full price of the treatment.


Health Conditions

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, pregnancy, or special needs that may affect your treatments here at the spa.



Secure lockers are provided and encouraged for our guests to store valuables and personal belongings. We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal items. Robes, towels, slippers and toiletries are also provided for your convenience. We ask that you help keep the facilities clean by placing used robes and towels in the provided hampers.


Gift Vouchers

Treat someone to the perfect gift with a Gift Voucher. Please contact our Spa reception for more details.



All major credit cards, personal checks, gift certificates and cash are accepted. The Spa reserves the right to alter prices and change or discontinue services without prior notice.



Gratuity is not included in our pricelist. You may of course give them cash at your own convenience, or should you wish to leave gratuity on your credit card, kindly make our front desk team aware.


Gift Cards & Certificates

Gift Cards are no longer issued not accepted for purchase of treatments as they expired in June 2018.

Gift Certificates expire after 12 months – as per date on the certificate.
